Dear Sir:
Reference 1 transmitted the NRC's evaluation of the proposed Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) and Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) for the FitzPatrick plant.
Reference 1 requested that we revise the RETS and ODCM, in accordance with the NRC evaluation, and resubmit them by October 31, 1982.
In Reference 2, we explained that additional time would be re-quired to complete the response due to extensive plant modifications and programmatic changes made since our original submittal.
We also committed to respond to Reference 1 by February 1,1983.
Our response was undergoing final revision at the end of this January, when we learned that the NRC's criteria for RETS (NUREG-0472) had been revised.
We are now in the process of obtaining a copy of the revised NUREG.
As soon as we have reevaluated our response in light of the new criteria, we will inform you of our new schedule for responding to Reference 1 CO I
