inservice inspection, i
The third steam generator tube inservice inspection was completed by
-Westinghouse Electric Corporation on April 4, 1990,-during Refueling Outage IV. This inspection included steam generators (S/G) "B" and "D".
This was the second inservice inspection of S/G "D" and the third for'S/G "B".
A total of 6,374 tubes were inspected, and a total of two tubes wem plugged' in S/G "D" as discussed in Special Report-90-001, which was transmitted by letter No 90-0114,: dated April 19, 1990. 1his inspection did not identify any tubes which were required to be plugged in-S/G "B".-_ Included-in this inspection effort wem._32 tubes -(seven in S/G "B" and 25 in S/G _ "D") which' had been previously identified as having-indications requiring re-inspection during this inservice inspection effort. The inspection results of these tubes am included with all indications found which are listed in Section'3 of this report.
