This letter responds to five Notices of Violation contained in Appendices A and B of the referenced letter. These Notices of Violation were identified by Messrs.
8 J. Johnson and H. Eichenholz of the NRC during a routine safety inspection con-h ducted October 19 through November 15, 1982 at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
