The enclosed blueprints are provided for future references con-cerning construction and renovation plans in areas of the Taylor Hall building on The University of Texas at Austin campus. The blueprints are provided as follows for areas encompassing the Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory and Program located in the west wing of the Taylor Hall Engineering building:

l A meeting on Monday, February 28th at 3:30 p.m. has been arranged according to our telephone conversation with University representatives.
A discussion of potential restrictions, the project impact in regards to timely planning, and approval required by the conditions of current or future NRC operating licenses (R-92 and SNM-180) is expected.
