INTRODUCTION The Office of Information Resources Managcment's (IRM s) mi3sion is to plan, develop. implement, and manage the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC s)

Information systems: provide service and support for customer requirements; and guide the NRC toward the use and integration of appropnate technologies to enhance the accomplishment of the agency s mission.

IRM sttIves to provide quality management of NRC s information resources and to assist customers in accomplishing theh functions etficiently and elfectively through the use of information technology and services.

IRM provides a variety of centralized information resources for the agency.

These resources include information and services on document management computer sof tware and hardware. nationwide telecomraunications records management, a reference library and an information tec hnology support center to assist the NRC staf f.

This directory has been developed to serve as a guide for NRC staf f seeking i. 3rmation on IRM provided services. Telephone numbers are provided for IRM hotlines and the services provided by IRM IRM management and staff always welcome comments or suggestions on how to imptove services to NRC staf f.
