Dear Mr. Stolz:
This letter is to provide an update to the status of NUREG-0737 Item II.F.1.5 Containment Water Level for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
In our September 17, 1982 (Serial No. 858) letter it was stated the system was installed and operable but the environmental and seismic qualification documentation to meet NUREG-0737 would not be available until the end of the year.
Toledo Edison has been informed that the testing is completed and the reports are being drafted and reviewed. The reports are expected to be published and distributed by the end of April 1983. Toledo Edison will review the reports and submit them to you by June 15, 1983.
