The signed original and ten additional copies of the UFSLR, Revision
- 4. are enclosed; one copy will be submitted to Region III and one copy to the NRC Site Inspect or.
The UFSAR centains changes mad since submittal of Revision 3 in March 1990 and as a minimum descriies the plant configuration through September 20 1990, six months p ior to this submittal.
Changes accociateo with Revision 4 are annoti ted by revision bars in the appropriate margin marked with a "4",

Please note that, in eccod.ance with Generic Letter 88-12 the fare protection technical spec;fications were removed from the Technical Specifications by Amend.nent No. 62.
De t roit Edison is now following the fire protection program requirements contained in UFSAR Appendix 9A.6. " Fire Protection Conditions for Operation".
