Consumers Power Company (the licensee), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Palisades Plant (the facility) located" in Van Buren County, Michigan. This amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment approve's changes to the Appendix A Technical Specification provisions of Section 6, Administrative Controls, that c
primarily reflect the addition of a Nuclear Activities Plant Organization, and reflect some organizational title changes.
The application for amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulaticos. The Commission has made appro-i priate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations ~in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amend-ment.
Prior public notice of this amendment was not re uired since the I
amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
