Gentlemen, Enclosed are the NPDES monthly report forms for the month of April, 1994.

Also enclosed is a revised March form for outfall 3IB00016004. The flow rate reported on the original March form did not include fire service water.
Fire service water had been rerouted on March 9 to support piping repairs. The current fire service water flow path bypasses the outfall flow meter. This flov is not metered, yet it still exits the plant at this outfall. Flov has been maintained at 3.3 HGD. This flow has been added to the existing flow on the revised form and vill be added for the duration of the piping repairs.
All sampling and analysis requirements were met during March.
