l Enclosed are the NPDES monthly report forms for the month of April, 1994.
~
Also enclosed is a revised March form for outfall 3IB00016004. The flow rate reported on the original March form did not include fire service water. Fire ,
service water had been rerouted on March 9 to support piping repairs. The current fire service water flow path bypasses the outfall flow meter. This l flov is not metered, yet it still exits the plant at this outfall. Flov has l been maintained at 3.3 HGD. This flow has been added to the existing flow on l the revised form and vill be added for the duration of the piping repairs. All
. sampling and analysis requirements were met during March.
