DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Additional Information Related to NRC Bulletin No. 90-01, Supplement 1 Loss of Fill-oil in Transmitters Manufactured by Rosemount on March 1, 1993, we responded to NRC Bulletin No. 90-01, Supplement 1, Loss of Fill-oil in Transmitters Manufactured by Rosemount.
In that response, one of our commitments was:
Three Spare transmitters for the reactor protection trip systems, ESF actuation systems, or ATWS systems that have a normal operating pressure greater than or equal to 500 psi and less than or equal to 1500 psi will be returned to Rosemount for refurbishment.
Since then we have been asked by NRC Staff if that action has taken place.
This letter documents that we did send the three transmitters back to Rosemount for refurbishment in 1993. We subsequently have received two refurbished transmitters from Rosemount and the third has not been received
- yet, We have made no new NRC commitments in this letter.
