2/10 0531 Reactor Trip, Unit entered MODE 3.

Reactor tripped on Undervoltage Trip of #3 Reactor Coolant Pump. Trip caused by operator error when switchboard cabinet was opened disconnecting UV relays. LER 91004 to follow.

2/11 0105 Unit entered MODE 2.

0250 Unit entered MODE 1.

2/15 1647 Experienced inadvertent actuation of an. auxiliary feedwater slave relay during response time testing which actuated the turbine driven auxiliary

-feedwater pump and other equipment. LER 91_005 to follow.

2/28 1345

' Inadvertent actuation of the ECCS containment sump suction valve 18811 A-during surveillance testing allowing approximately 15,000 gallons of RWST water to drain to the containment sump before being secured.
