This report is required by end prepared specifically for the Environmental Protecticn Agency (EPA) and the New Jersey De artment of Environmental Protection (NJOEP). It presents on y the observed results of measurements and analysis required to be performed by the above agencies. The choici; of the meas m nt devices and analytical methods tre controlled by the E'1

deviation from permit conditiona.

Genersi - The columns labeled "No. Ex", on the enclosed DMR, i

tabulate the number of daily discharge values outside the indicated limits.

Data reporting and accuracy reflect the working environment, the design capabilities and reliability of the monitoring instruments and operating equipment.

Deviations from required sampling, analysis monitoring and reporting methods and periodicities are noted on the respective DKR.

-Prequency for discharge point 461A, the Cooling Tower Blowdown., and the. River were done at approximately 5 hour5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> intervals to provide.for the cycles of concentration in the system.

As' per the Administrative consent order the TSS limit for discharge points 462A, 463A and 464 have been lifted and the interim thermal limits for discharge point-461A have been changed to 443 MBTU/hr :(June - September) and 731 MBTU/hr 1

(October - May).

DSN 461A was temporarily bypassed on several occasions in February (see DEP ref # 90-11-16-01) diverting untreated Service Water (Delaware River Water)- to DSN 463A.

Effluent limitations of DSN 463A were not exceeded.
