Confirmation of Generic Letter 89-10 Program Plan Availability Omaha Public Power District has the Generic letter (GL) 89-10 program plan which was completed in June 1990, availabla for NRC review. Mr, Anthony Bournia, the NRC Project Manager at that time was informed that the GL 89-10 program plan was available for NRC review during a telephone call in July 1990.
