Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), this report is presented to inform you of changes in the subject security plan, which.do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The plan format has been revised entirely and is to replace the existing security plan.
j Att; aed is a summary of the existing and revised specific details which may be used for review of the changes.
This revision is necessary to reflect numerous title, editorial and administrative changes as well as pertinent operational and perimeter adjustments for enhancement of the security program.
The enclosures-(4 sets) are identified as Safeguards Information and proprietary information pursuant to thn provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
