River Bond Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 License No. NPF-47 Annual Property Insurance Submittal File No. G9.5 RBG 40550 Gentlemen:
Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) hereby submits the attached certificates of insurance verifying property policies for protection against financial losses due to nuclear accidents fer River Bend Station (RBS). On March 3,1994, endorsements of liability insurance coverage for RBS were submitted.
The attached levels of property insurance were not included because the insurers did not issue the certificates evidencing primary coverage until the effective date of coverage (April 1,1994). One other excess property policy exists for RBS which will be submitted as soon as it is received from Nuclear Electric insurance Limited. The total of primary and excess property limits maintained for RBS is $2.75 billion.
