In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(p)(2), enclosed is Revision 3 to the Scabrook Station Safeguards Contingency Plan. - A description of the changes included in this revision is provided as Enclosure 1.
The revised Safeguards Contingency Plan pages provided herein do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
The information-in the enclosure is considered Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified, when separated from the enclosures.
