Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, et al. (the licensee), for operatio of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No.1, located in Lake County, Ohio The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
The amendment modified the Technical Specifications to delete the reac core isolation cooling (RCIC) system isolation on high RCIC room different temperature to improve the reliability of the RCIC system.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regula 30 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
Notice of Issuance of Amendment and Opportunity for Hearing in conn with this action was published in the Federal Register on February 28 1990 (55 FR 7073).
No request for a hearing or oetition for leave to intervene was filed following this notice.
