Y As you are aware, the Minnesota Legislanre is currently debating whe Northern States Power (NSP) Company. The a needed since the plant will have no storece space in its pool at the end fueling cycle in 1995.
Questions have been raised regarding the ability of NSP to continue operation even with no spent fuel storage space available. It is this Deparunent's finn undcrstanding that plant opers: ion in this situation wo be prohibited under NRC rules.
