The County received the Staff report on December 30, 1982..

Following a review of the. Staff repott, the County sent a letter to Staff counsel setting forth several specific questions which remained unanswered bycthe Staff report. The Board was provided a copy of the letter but a copy is also attached hereto. 'At the time this report is~being pye)sred, the County still has not yet received a copy of the'Mont1 cello program, although in response to the County's inquiries to the Staff, we have been informed that the Staff has sent it to us. Accordingly, the-

County is ' not in a position to determine by January 10 whether it will advance a contention on the~Halapatz concerns. ,

Assuming that the County does,'in fact, receive the pertinent

.Monticello documents today, the County proposes that the dates originally set b'y the Board (which were based on a December 30 receipt date) be extended. The new' schedule would be as follows:
