AMENDMENT 74 TO THE PRELIMINARY SAFLfY ANALYSIS REPORT (PSAR) FOR CLINCH RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT (CRBRP)
The application for a Construction Permit and Class 104(b) Operating License 70r the CRBRP, docketed April 10, 1975, in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Dochet 50-537, is hereby amended by the submission of Amendment 74 to the PSAR pursuant to 50.34(a) of 10 CFR,.Part 50.
This Amendment 74 includes: revised responses to NRC questions CS430.1 through 104; updates to PSAR Section 3.2, " Classifications of Structures, Systems, and Components;" Section 6.2, " Containment Systems;" Chapter 7. " Instrumentation and Controls;" Chapter 8, " Electric Power;" Section 9.14. " Diesel Generator Auxiliary System;" and other updates and changes.
A Certificate of Service, confirming service of Amendment 74 to the PSAR upon designated local public officials and representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency., will be filed with your office after service has been made.
Threr. signed originals of this letter and 97 copies of this amendment, each with a copy of the submittal letter, are hereby submitted.
