Reformatted Vemiont Yankee Technical Specifications Enclosed please find one copy of a reformatted version of the Vermont Yankee Technical -
Specifications. As discussed in Reference (b), the Vermont Yankee Technical Specifications have been reformatted to facilitate use of the document in electronic form, in addition to the present method of hard copy distribution. We are requesting NRC concurrence to use this reformatted version in place of the pmsently existing version.

Specifications for NRC review and concurrence. The version enclosed with this letter has been revised to addrns all comments generated as a result of NRC review of the Reference (b) documeat.
There am three (3) enclosures to this letter. Enclosure A is a co)y of the reformatted Technical Specifications which has been " frozen" through Amendment Num 3er 137 (the amendment which was cutrent at the time Reference (b) was prepared for submittal), and which has been revised to address all comments generated in NRC review of the Reference (b) submittal. Since preparation of Reference (b), two (2) additional license amendments have been mceived, Amendments 138 and 139. Therefore, Enclosure B to this letter contains the replacement pages for Amendment 138, and linclosure C to this letter contains the replacement pages for Amendment 139. The instructions to incorporate these amendments into the Enclosure A master document are contained on the mspective enclosure cover sheets.
Vermont Yankee believes that this improvement to our Technical Specifications will make the document more accessible to our staff, while reducing the number of hard copies that need to be continually maintained and updated. We trust that the enclosed reformatted version of our Technical Specifications is found acceptable. Please contact this office with any remaining questions that you may have.
