Dear Mr. Felton:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC @ 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the under-signed hereby requests.the following items:

1.

SECY-82-87 and SECY-82-396; these concern the use of potassium iodide as a thyroid blocking agent, and thus relate to Issue #1 in the Perry licensing proceeding.

2.

All documents made available to Stephen G. Sawicki under FOIA-82-404.

These relate to Issue #3 in the Perry pro-ceeding.

3.

SECY-82-275, which pertains to ATWS, Issue #6 in the Perry proceeding.

4.

ACRS letter to the Commission, dated September 8, 1980:

" Additional ACRS Comments on Hydrogen Control and Improve-ment of Containment Capability".

This relates to Issue #8 in the Perry proceeding; see LBP-82-15, 15 NRC 555.

5.

All pertinant details regarding any instances of degradation of polymer electrical insulation from radiation in any commercial nuclear facilities. This relates to Issue #9 in the Perry proceeding; ses LBP-82-53 (July 12, 1982).

In accordance with the Commission's policy, as related in your response to my earlier FolA request (FOIA-81-516), I request tnat 75% of the fees for the search and production of these documents be waived.

I agree to accept the residual (25%)

charges for these itcms.
