" Browns Ferry Nuclear plant (BFN) - TVA Submittale Required to Support Licensing Actions" TVA connitted in the above reference to complete implementation cf Generic Letter 88-14 for Unit 2 by March 15, 1991.
This connitment was based on a specific restart test program schedule and system return to service logic.
This letter is provided to extend the completion date for this item. The implementation of Generic Letter 88-14 for Unit 2 will be completed by restart.
Current system return to service logic and the Restart Test program schedule in the plant make it inappropriate to complete implementation of CL 88-14 by March 15, 1991.
