20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - RESPONSE TO IE INSPECTION REPORT 82-25 The NRC letter of November 15, 1982 reported the results of a special safeguards inspection conducted on October 13-15 and 18, 1982 in Inspection Report No. 50-255/82-25. Addressed in the report was one item of noncompliance to which a response is required. Consumers Power Company response to this item is provided in the attachment to this letter.
Consumete Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be with-held from public disclosure since it concerns subject matter which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
