Dear Cnairman Bloch:
This is to inform the Licensing Board and parties to this proceeding that Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy
("0CRE") is withdrawing Interrogatory 6-8 of OCRE's Sixth Set of Interrogatories to the NHC Staff, which is the subject of a motion dated November 30, 1982 requesting that discovery ascinst the Staff be compelled pursuant to 10 CFR 2.720 (h)
(2) (ii).
The reason for the withdrawal. is that the information requested therein has been provided by the Commission's response to.a Freedom of Information Act request filed by the under-signed.
In addition, the FOIA response has listed several documents relevant to the information requested in Interrogatory 6-4 to the Staff.
Therefore, OCRE will withdraw Interrogatory 6-4 as well.
