REVIEW 0F EMERGENCY ACTION LEVELS (EALs) FOR THE ENRICO FERMI NUCLEAR POWER STATION Ref: Latter to FG Pagano, et. al., from JB Martin, same subject, dated October 5, 1982 In accordance with your request we have reviewed the EAL criteria for the Enrico Fermi Nuclear Station Emergency Procedure 101, Revision OB, Enclosure 2, against the EAL criteria in Table D-1, Revision 1 of the Station Emer-gency Response Plan.
The EAL criteria in Enclosure 2 of Emergency Procedure 101 and Table D-1 of Revision 1 of the Emergency Response Plan are identical for each emergency classification.
The only differerce in the two tables (Enclosure 2 and Table D-1) is that the initiating conditions and EALs in Enclosure 2 have been placed under the correct headings (i.e., the first two column headings have been reversed. This correction eliminates most of the prob-lems discussed under General Comment in the reference letter.
Since both sets of EALs are identical no changes to the comments made for the individual EALs under each emergency classification are required.
