As described in Reference 2, testing of the residual heat i

removal-pumps identified the' potential for pump-to-pump:

As a result of the. identified concern, Reference 3 provided a revision.to the response to NRCB 88-04 with additional corrective actions. 'A status of commitments made in Reference 3 and a commitment revision.were-provided in Reference 4.

All' commitments contained within the above references relative to NRCB 88-04 have now been completed.
