Dear Mr. Collins:
The ITE-Gould Company received from Ebasco six (6) starter coils for examination and evaluation to determine why the coils failed. Part of the examination will be performed by an outside test lab. The lab testing is scheduled to be completed by December 10, 1982. When the test report is received, it will be evaluated and a final report submitted.
In view of the above, a final report will be submitted by January 10, 1983.
