06-04-94 06-04-94 Lightning strike damaged offgas recombiner system which to resulted in a reactor scram on low condenser vacuum.

06-06-94 06-06-94 Feedwater drain cooler leaks necessitated entering cold to shutdown.

This required installation of the level system 06-10-94 reference leg backfill modification.
