Dear Mr. Collins:
As we indicated in our Confirmatory Action Letter dated February 26, 1982, we have undertaken a complete Radiological Emergency Response Plan implementing procedure revision.
It is our belief that tnis will fulfill the intent of your fifth confirmatory action item as specified 'n correspondence dated January 21, 1982.
This procedure revision includes cross-referencing to other related procedures (RERP or routine) as well as concise statement of individual responsibilities.
These procedures will be transmitted under separate cover at a later date.
In addition, we will be continuing to review these procedures and provide additional coverage of areas that may require greater depth of treatment as noted by our consideration of Appendix 8
- items, shown in the Emergency Preparedness Appraisal Audit report, dated June 11, 1982.
