Alabama Power Company has reviewed the request to the Commission to revise its regulations to upgrade the design basis threat for radiological sabotage of nuclear reactors, 10 CFR Part 73, " Nuclear Control Institute and the Committee to Bridge the Gap; Filing of Petition for Rulemaking,"
published in the Federal Register on January 29, 1991.
