50-328 My September 17, 1982 letter to H. R. Denton (TVA-SQN-TS-37) transmitted the Reload Safety Evaluation (RSE) for Sequoyah Nuclear Plar.t unit 1, cycle 2 operations. Included in the RSE wore associated technical specifications. As a result of NRC questions, a recent change in NRC position, and to prevent delay of NRC approval of the reload license application, we request that the proposed change in the technical specification for the containment ventilation system (TS 3.6.1.9) be withdrawn from consideration at this time.
