ENRICO FERMI ATOMIC POWER PLANT, UNIT 2 DOCKET NO. 50-341 A.ENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION PERMIT Amendment No. 2 Construction Permit No. CPPR-87 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) having found that:
A.
The application for anendment to Construction Permit No. CPPR-87, dated August 11, 1982 by The Detroit Edison Company, Northern Michigan Electric Cooperative, Inc., and Wolverine Electric Cooperative, Incorporated, cot 1 plies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act l
of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in accordance with the Commission's regulations.
D.' The issuance of this amenda.ent is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, Construction Permit No. CPPR-87, is hereby amended to reflect a change in title of the part owner of the facility.
New paragraphs are added as follows:

After the nerger of Northern Michigan Electric Cooperative, Inc.

After the merger is completed, the 11.22 percent inte.est from Northern Michigan Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be transferred to Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc.
Ownership Shares for the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit No. 2 will then be distributed as follows:
Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc.
20.00%
The Detroit Edison Comany 80.00%

This amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
