e By letter dated April 16, 1982 in response to Generic Letter 82-05,

Alabama Power Company stated that the requirements of NUREG-0737, item c..~
II.B.3, Post Accident Sampling, had been completed.
As a result of containment leak tests conducted during the Unit 2 first refueling outage, it was determined that solenoids utilizing DC rather than AC 3 1.C-power had been installed in the containment atmosphere and vent stack

portions of the post accident sampling system.
These DC solenoids have k,%.
been replaced with AC solenoids and all portions of the post accident
~ ?. -k sampling system are currently operational.
