UCS/NYPIRG concurs with and joins in Parents Concerned About Indian Point Objection to New York State's Motion for Modification of Hearing Schedule.
UCS/NYPIRG witnesses on Commission Questions three and four expect to be prepared to testify beginning March 1,1983. A further postponement of their testimony is unwarranted and would be a burden on UCS/NYPIRG and our witnesses.
UCS/NYPIRC does not object to scheduling an additional week of testimony on emergency planning as suggested by New York State.
