South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Environmental Report - Operating License Stage Amendment 6 Please find under separate cover, forty-one (41) copies of Amendment 6 to the South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 Environmental Report - Operating License Stage. A copy of this transmittal is attached to each amendment.
Amendment 6 consists of information describing the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) terminal facility to be loccted on the STP site and an evaluation of the environmental effects of operation of that facility.
Construction activities associated with the HVDC terminal have been evaluated in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3E(3) of Construction Permits No. CPPR-128 and 129, and a determination has been reached that this activity will not result in a significant adverse environmental impact.
