Minnesota 55401 Telephone (612) 330-5500 December 10, 1982 Director Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation U S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR CENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-253 License No. DPR-22 Change to the Monticello Security Plan Ch'anges to the Monticello Security Plan (Revision 11) have been made recently and are herein reported in compliance with 10CFR50.54(p). The changes are described in the attachment to the letter. We conclude that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan. Attached are 5 copies.
We will issue a revision to the Monticello Security Plan later this month incorporating these changes and changes reported in our August 27, 1982 letter.
Copies of this revision will be provided to the Commission.
We conclude that the ef fectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan would be adversely af fected by public disclosure of the attached information and that disclosure is not required in the public interest. We request that, pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, it not be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the public document room.
