Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The purpose of this letter is to request the following expedited license change for LaSalle County Station Unit 1:
Change Request NPF-ll/82-17 Add a license condition 2.C.34 to allow operation of the unit with one recirculation loop out of service.
This proposed change is addressed in the Attachment and supporting-information has previously been submitted in Reference (a).
This change has received on-site and off-site review and approval.

Pu rsuant to 10 CFR 170, this change reflects one example of a Class III amendment.
A remittance of $4,000 is, therefore, enclosed.
