Attachulent to WO 94-0062 P$ge 1 of 1 Status of Operator License and Certification The following individual held a Senior Reactor Operator License at the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) and has voluntarily terminated his employment at WCGS.
This individual held a position which WCGS had previously certified the need for a Senior Reactor Operator License under 10 CFR 55.31(a) (3).
The individual no longer requires a license.
Therefore, WCGS is requesting this license be suspended.
