Gentlemen, Enclosed please find one copy of the detailed scenario for the 1990 Fort St. Vrain Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) exercise, entitled F05AVEX-90. This scenario is being submitted in accordance with the schedule set forth in G-84049 (referenced letter) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines of 60 days new prior to exercise date.
The exercise, scheduled for the week of November 5,1990, will not include participation by State and local. emergency agencies.
The exercise will be initiated during normal working hours (betweer 0700 and 1530 hours0.0177 days <br />0.425 hours <br />0.00253 weeks <br />5.82165e-4 months <br />, MST) and conclude approximately four to six i.;. s after initiation.
