Dear Mr. Keppler:
The following is in response to the items of noncompliance identified in the subject inspection conducted by Messrs. T. J.
Mededa and B. W. Stapleton on September 27, through October 1, 1982 of activities at the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.
The attachment to this letter contains the Commonwealth Edison Company response to these items.
This attachment contains information concerning the security plan for a nuclear generating station, and must be handled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, this information should be withheld from public disclosure.
