PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME PGandE's time to file a brief in opposition to the exceptions filed by intervenors to the decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in this proceading expires December 13, 1982.
PGandE hereby moves for a one week extension (or until December 20, 1982) of its time to file a brief.
Counsel involved in preparing this document recently have had to make several trips to the East Coast to attend various meetings concerning the Diablo Canyon facility.
The next in this series of meetings is scheduled for Washington DC on December 8.
The time devoted to these meetings, together with requisite travel time, causes PGandE to need an additional week to prepare its brief.
PGandE has contacted counsel for all parties in this proceeding and all concurred with the request on condition that h$k2bo Ob O

e the time to file their briefs be similarly extended.
PGandE has no objection to this condition.
