MID-CYCLE OUTAGE MAJOR WORK SCOPE - Completed Emergency Diesel Generator A teardown and inspection. - Inspection of the Iso-Phase Bus was performed following an extended period i of elevated temperatures. No major damage was discovered, but some minor repairs were performed. j - Main Turbine Control Valve was slow in opening. Disassembled and discovered there was some galling. Repaired and reassembled. l - Train A Integrated Test Sequence (ITS) and Emergency Diesel Generator A load run. - Replaced Circulating Water intake expansion joints. i 05/22 0000 Ended planned Mid Cycle Outage, began forced outage due to repairs to both i trains of the Containment Spray System. Pump vibration caused welds in some small bore piping branch connections to experience fatigue cracking.
