Enclosed is Revision 21 to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP) (Base, Contingency and Training
& Qualification Plans).
A description of the Revision 21 changes is included in Enclosure 1
to this letter.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50. 54 (p) (2).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10 CFR 2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and are thereby exempt from public disclosure.
