South Texas Project Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P) was recently notified via the Federal Register (47 Fed. Reg. 30452) that 10 CFR Parts 19, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 72 and 150 were being amended to provide employees protection against discrimination as a consequence of reporting infonnation to the NRC on matters that may affect the public health and safety. A part of the new regulation is a requirement that Form NRC-3, " Notice to Employees", be posted appropriately on the premises of each licensee and applicant.
