Specifications. This report is on the implementation of our power rerate parameter change request submitted on February 7, 1994, and subsequently approved in Amendment No. 72 to the WCGS Operating License (NFP-42), issued on March 3, 1994. The Reference provided the Startup Report from the original power rerate, which was approved and issued on November 10, 1993, as Amendment No. 69 to the WCGS Operating License.
