SALEM SECURITY CONTINGENCY PLAN SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, the regulations thereunder, and provisions of 10CFR50.54 (p), hereby transmitted is one (1) copy of Submittal 5, of the Salem Generating Station Security Contingency Plan which is the separately bound Chapter 8 of the Salem Generating Station Security Plan.
This revision is deemed not to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, does not
-represent a change to Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 for Salem Generating Statior. Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
This revision reflects changes in contingency response operations and PSE&G and security contractor management.
The Summary of Changes, Attachment 1, defines the scope of this revision.
The information contained in the attachment and the Security Contingency Plan Change contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which must 4
be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the li provisions of 10CFR73.21.
