Nevertheless, please be advised that we regularly circulate relevant NRC information notices to all licensed personnel. Sign-off sheets are required for the most important of these notices. The letter in question was treated in this manner. In addition,it has been circulated to all experimenters (staff and students) who have access to the facilities or who use materials from the facility. The letter will be discussed with the above at our regularly scheduled activity review meetings.
