Dear Mr. Clark:
In accordance with the provisions of Amendment 27 to the Fort St.
Vrain Facility Operating License, Public Service Company of Colorado hereby states that the Safeguards Contingency Plan (Appendix C), and the Guard Training and Qualification Plan (Appendix B),
have been implemented.
Appendix B was implemented on September 1, 1982 and Appendix C was implemented on September 5, 1982.
All security personnel shall be qualified to the requirements of Appendix B on or before August 5, 1984.
Any changes to the Safeguards Contingency Plan or Guard Training and Qualification Plan shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in 10CFR 50.54(p).
