Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change to incorporate Revision Number Three.
Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p), Nebraska Public Power District is submitting a Report of Change to the Safeguards Plan, Revision 2, for Cooper Nuclear Station. Upon incorporation of this Report of Change, the current revision of the Safeguards Plan becomes Revision Number three. A description of the changes, which we believe do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan, is enclosed.
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 2.790(d)(1) and 10 CFR Part 73.21, we request that the attached report be treated as proprietary informa-tion, as Safeguards Information where applicable and withheld from public disclosure.
